The visitors book is an
important tool to get (and keep) contact to your visitors.
The visitor feels himself
important, because he can write a comment.

know all people in church.
The visitors book should
have place for (date), name, address, comments.
It is important that you
collect this information.

could try to buy the book at "de bijenkorf".
If a visitor comes in
for a service, wait till after the service, then introduce yourself to
the visitor and ask the visitor to sign the visitors book. At this occasion,
you can also easily start a conversation with the visitor.
After a few weeks send
a postcard to the visitor to thank him/her for visiting and to encourage
to come again.
By doing this you will
encourage the visitor and get great contacts.
